●S6: Recent Advances in Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Secondary Metabolites
●S7: Organic Synthesis and Structural Modification
●S8: Chemical Ecology
When submitting, the author must indicate if they wish their work to be considered for an oral presentation.

Guidelines for Abstract Preparation to@ BCNP2025
Abstracts for oral or poster presentations are welcome. To ensure a consistent layout for publishing your abstract, we have provided the instructions below and an example of a properly formatted abstract.
The deadline for abstract submission is August 28th, 2025 has been EXTENDED until September 8, 2025.
– The abstract must be written in English.
– Titles should be typed in capital letters, using Times New Roman, in bold font size (14 pt font size).
– The authors’ full names in lowercase (Times New Roman, 12 pt italic font size) should be given along with their full affiliation details (Times New Roman, 11 pt font size). The presenting author’s name should be underlined for multiple authors, and the main author should be with*. The e-mail of the presenting author should be provided.
– Words count for each abstract should not exceed 350 words (incl. acknowledgments, if any, except for the references) or fit on one page. The text might include the aim of the work, methods, and main results with eventual conclusions. Up to 3 references are allowed (Times New Roman, 11 pt font size). The text should fit on one single page, be single-spaced, and be justified. Chemical nomenclature should be by the systematic rules adopted by IUPAC or Chemical Abstracts.
The submitting author is responsible for all the information in the abstract and confirms that all co-authors have agreed to its content.
Abstracts that do not meet the established guidelines will not be considered.

Changes can still be made to the submission form after submission as long as the status is pending. We’d like to ask that, in case of an edit, you contact us at contato@sigaeventos.com.br so that the system can be reopened for the submission of the corrected file.

Abstract Evaluation: The scientific commission chair will assign at least two reviewers for each abstract. If accepted, the work may be recommended for oral presentation in the Flash Poster Presentation sections. The results of the submitted abstract evaluations will be announced in September 2025.
The abstract presentation certificate will be available within four months after the conclusion of the 10th BCNP/XXXVI RESEM.
Abstracts submission
Before you attach your file, make sure that it meets the following observations:
- The name must be simple without accents and special characters;
- The file has been uploaded as a PDF and is not password-protected;
- Pay attention to the Abstract not exceed one page. See the example here.
If your abstract follows the guidelines above, it is ready to be submitted.
