General Information
The payment of the registration fee gives the right to:
●Complete access to all sections and conferences;
●Participate in the coffee breaks and Welcome reception;
●Receive a badge and a certificate of participation;
●Submit only one work to the event
1) SBQ Affiliates
To pay the discounted registration, granted only to SBQ members, you must be up to date with the payment of the 2025 annuity.
Each registration entitles you to submit a single work.
After submission, it will still be possible to change the submission form while it is pending until the work has been evaluated. To do so, enter the “paper submission” option again, click on “change,” make the necessary corrections, and resubmit the work, following the steps indicated by the system.
2) Registration of non-SBQ members
If you are not a member of SBQ, this is an excellent opportunity to become one and enjoy all the advantages to which the SBQ community is entitled. Even if you don’t want it, you still need to register.
3) Registration of SBF and SBPM affiliates
Members of the Brazilian Pharmacognosy Society (SBF) will receive a 10% discount on the registration fee, and the Brazilian Medicinal Plants Society will receive a 4% discount.
4) Registration of Companions
Access to the 10th BCNP activities will be allowed only to those registered for the Conference, who will be duly identified by a badge with a bar code at the time of the event. This badge is a mandatory requirement for participation in all scientific or social activities. Companions must be registered on the event page from 20/06/2025 to 03/11/2025. Access to the activities will be controlled through barcode scanners.
Registration in the companion category allows participation only in the social activities of the 10th BCNP, namely the Opening Cocktail, which will take place on the evening of November 4, 2025, and the Closing Coffee Break on November 7, 2025, as well as access to one of the poster sessions.
Please note that the companion badge does not grant access to scientific activities, such as conferences, symposia, round tables, and others, and does not entitle the companion to receive congress materials. Companions aged 10 years or younger will have free access and do not need to register.
5) Group Registration Instructions – BCNP 2025
This promotion is available for all participant categories.
Groups of 5 to 10 participants will receive an 8.5% discount per participant.
Groups of more than 10 participants will receive a 10% discount per participant.
All group members must be affiliated with the same institution.
A group coordinator must send the complete list of participants to the e-mail: contato@sigaeventos.com.br and juvens@sigaeventos.com.br.
This list must include the following information for each participant: full name, CPF (Brazilian tax ID), e-mail address, and institution.
After submission, our team will provide exclusive discount codes to the coordinator, who will distribute them to the group members.
The submitted list will be considered final, with no possibility of adding new names later.
Each participant may choose their preferred payment method (credit card or Pix).
This promotion is valid from May 11, 2025, to July 20, 2025. The discount codes should be emitted within two days. If you do not receive it by this time, please write to 10thbcnp@gmail.com.
6) Payment Options and Important Details
Payment can be made via Pix or Credit Card. Credit card payments can be made in whole or in installments of up to 5 payments. It is important to note that installment payments will incur interest, which the participant must cover.
7) Important Dates
20/06/2025– Deadline for registration with discount.
28/08/2025 – Deadline for abstract submission.
20/06/2025 to 03/11/2025 – Deadline for registration of companion.
