Poster Presentation Guidelines

ALL SUBMITTED AND APPROVED ABSTRACTS MUST BE PRESENTED AS A POSTER, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR FLASH POSTER PRESENTATIONS.

  • The poster template is available in the Download tab and can assist you in preparing your poster.
  • Recommended size: 1.00 m x 0.90 m. Under no circumstances should the width exceed 1.00 m, as it would encroach on the neighboring poster space.
  • All posters must include the e-mail address of the first author’s and corresponding author.
  • All postersmust be displayed on the designated panel supports and may be attached using adhesive tape or hung using a pennant-style hook.
  • A good poster should include the following sections:
    • Introduction
    • Objectives of the study
    • The experimental section may be illustrated with schemes, figures, graphs, etc.
    • Results and discussion: illustrated with tables, diagrams, figures, graphs, etc.
    • Conclusions
    • References: a selected list, typically up to five
    • Acknowledgments: include logos of funding agencies and academic or research institutions

The official language is English. This should be used in the preparation of posters.

Posters must be mounted between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on the scheduled presentation day and removed immediately after the end of the session.

  • Any posters not removed at the end of the session will be discarded the following morning.
