Biologist with a Master’s degree in Genetics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Works at the interface of ecology, computational biology, and environmental modeling, with extensive experience in spatial prioritization analyses for the restoration of native vegetation, processing of environmental variables, and integration of biodiversity data and ecosystem services. Currently a Senior Researcher and Data Analyst at the International Institute for Sustainability (IIS), where she is part of the Spatial Modeling and Data Science team. At IIS, she is involved in developing spatial intelligence tools and applying systematic spatial planning approaches to ecological restoration and integrated landscape management. She is part of the team responsible for the maps of priority restoration areas within the Planaveg 2025 framework.
